The secret to a longer life often comes down to a combination of diet, exercise and lifestyle choices. Speaking exclusively to GB News, a doctor shared three supplements that could improve your health and increase your chances of a longer, healthier life.
While there is no way to guarantee how long you will live, you can certainly make choices that move you in the right direction. Chief innovation officer, psychiatrist, and integrative medicine physician at Open Mind Health, Dr Markus Ploesser, shared his favourite supplements for this goal.
He suggested the likes of Coenzyme Q10, resveratrol, curcumin, Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) or Nicotinamide Riboside (NR).
However, for those looking for easy-to-access, everyday supplements, Omega-3, vitamin D and magnesium topped the list.
