Tracks are evidence-based treatment programs created by Open Mind Health to facilitate effective lasting solutions. They are built by a team of experienced providers with proven pathways to get to the "root cause" of each individual's issues and challenges.

Lindsay Midura

Lindsay Midura
Licensed Registered Dietitian
Lindsay is a Licensed Registered Dietitian who believes in food for function and freedom. She specializes in helping people overcome all types of food and body challenges with a nourishing and sustainable approach. She has experience in treating people who’ve struggled with various eating disorder (ED) diagnoses, and takes special interest in HAES, intuitive-eating, fat liberation, LQBTQIA+ community, gender inclusivity and freedom, exploring movement in recovery, and managing chronic illness in conjunction with ED recovery. Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics from the University of Minnesota. She went on to complete her Dietetic Internship through University of Minnesota, which concentrated on eating disorder treatment and recovery. Lindsay is also a registered yoga teacher and level one reiki practitioner and enjoys weaving mind-body techniques into her work with clients.
Lindsay provides one-on-one counseling and group sessions using a combination of CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and mind-body techniques.
