Help

We are your pathway to mental wellness.

Whether you're suffering from anxiety, depression, or ADHD, we have caring mental health professionals that develop a customized treatment plan specifically for you.  We aren't like other telehealth providers that try to solve serious problems through text and email.  Our sessions are video-based and usually last 60 minutes.  Our wellness tracks are designed to identify the root cause of your problem and provide you with the tools to help you cope. We give you personalized and private support wherever

and whenever you need it.

We are an in-network provider for:

We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies:

Many insurance plans have “out-of-network” benefits, and typically reimburse a percentage of our fee. Most insurances will reimburse 60-80% of the fee.  If you are covered for out-of-network benefits, we will take care of all the paperwork and submit it for you.
