Tracks are evidence-based treatment programs created by Open Mind Health to facilitate effective lasting solutions. They are built by a team of experienced providers with proven pathways to get to the "root cause" of each individual's issues and challenges.
HOW DO THEY WORK.
treatment plans are informed and guided by your life journey and background. Our experienced and empathetic providers work with you to create an individualized and holistic roadmap that will optimize your mental wellness trajectory. Along with treating the presenting symptoms, we develop long-term solutions with lasting, sustainable results by getting to the “root cause” of what’s actually leading to your emotional pain and suffering.

Rene’s Philosophy on Mental Wellness
We all go through ups and downs. At different times, we all feel mad, sad, angry, nervous, or afraid. Whether you’re going through a big life change or things just don’t seem like they’re going your way, it’s normal to experience these feelings. But when the feelings don’t go away, when they linger for weeks, months, or even years, you may need help getting your life back on track. You don't have to suffer in silence, help is available and healthy recovery is possible through therapy and counseling.
Wellness goes beyond routine visits to your doctor. It takes more than just staying fit and maintaining a healthy diet. It requires a holistic approach to really treat your overall well-being, including a balance of physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, occupational, behavioral and spiritual health. This pathway to optimal health gives you the ability to feel better about yourself and help you to enjoy a fuller and happier life.
